The Proposal

The State Significant Development (SSD) application is seeking approval for the following: 

• Site preparation works, including site services and infrastructure works, earthworks, and protective hoardings/fencing.
• New western stand including improved: 
  • player facilities catering for both male and female sports
  • visitor amenities
  • food and beverage areas
  • grandstand seating. 
• New eastern stand, including:
  • spectator amenities
  • food and beverage areas
  • grandstand seating.
• Refurbished and new stadium entries on the northern and western boundaries.
• Upgrades to the existing western training field to create:  
  • a dedicated player warm-up area
  • an activation hub at the western entry to the stadium
  • additional event day car parking.
