Project partners

Infrastructure NSW works closely with Venues NSW, the Office of Sport and other stakeholders to confirm the scope of the project. 

Infrastructure NSW will deliver the project on behalf of the NSW Government and procure the main contractor. 

Penrith Panthers are a key stakeholder and principal hirer of the stadium. 

Venues NSW will operate the stadium once the construction is completed.
