Project partners

Infrastructure NSW works closely with the Office of Sport, Venues NSW, and other stakeholders to confirm the scope of the project. 

Infrastructure NSW will deliver the project on behalf of the NSW Government.  

Infrastructure NSW will commence the procurement of a main contractor shortly. 

Penrith Panthers are a key stakeholder and principal hirer of the stadium. 

Venues NSW will operate the stadium once the construction is completed.
