Penrith Community Men’s Shed recently handcrafted 12 picnic tables for the project site.

The project team would like to say a big thank you to the talented members of the Penrith Community Men’s Shed who have been hard at work crafting 12 picnic tables for the onsite canteen area. Located all around Australia, Men’s Sheds play an important role in the community by providing meeting places where men can find social support and camaraderie.

With materials delivered to their workshop, the team got to work, creating these picnic tables that transformed the site’s canteen into a gathering space for team members to connect, recharge, and enjoy well-earned breaks throughout the day.

Their contribution is a wonderful example of how partnerships can enrich major projects in local communities.
