Upcoming information sessions on the Penrith Stadium new design

Infrastructure NSW will hold online community sessions to inform on the design of Penrith Stadium to support the planning process.

The project team, architects and landscape designers will be available at these sessions to provide further information and answer questions from the community.

Next steps

An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is being prepared and will incorporate the feedback gathered during community consultation. This will be submitted to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) as part of the State Significant Development Application.

The EIS assesses the potential environmental and other impacts of the project and outlines the way they can be minimised or mitigated. This is expected to be on public exhibition in the coming months for the community to view the plans in detail, understand the expected impacts and proposed mitigations, and make a submission.

A response to the submissions report will be prepared following this process, which the DPHI will review as part of the assessment process.

Infrastructure NSW will keep the community informed as the Penrith Stadium project progresses.
